Large Framed Michael Delacroix print “Le Canal”

The lot is a nice large print of an antique Paris canal scene by the famous French artist Michael Delacroix. As you may recall, he was commissioned to similar prints for the Atlanta Olympics. This one is large. The print image is approximately 22 x 28 inches. Custom double matted and framed in an elegant 33 x 38 inch frame. The gallery’s certificate of authenticity is on the back. The glass is in perfect condition.  That is the good news. The only sort of bad news is that while hanging up in our den for years, the framer’s tape gave away and the print has slipped out of line. A very easy fix. But, instead, we put it in the basement with the rest of our projects and never got around to fixing it. Our laziness is your gain.
