Beachcomber Hybrid Hot Tub with a grey wood-grain finish and matching steps on a wooden deck.

The Hot Tub: The unit is from Beachcomber Hot Tubs, a brand known for its signature exterior equipment step design. The "Hybrid" badge on the cabinet side indicates that the mechanical equipment (pumps, heater, and filtration system) is housed under the exterior steps rather than inside the main hot tub cavity. This design improves insulation, makes servicing easier, and increases internal footwell space.

The Steps: The tiered, curved steps dual-function as the safety entrance and the insulated protective enclosure for the spa's internal engineering.

Working condition! Freshly emptied and professionally cleaned! Ready for a new home! Measures approximately 120" including steps, 82" x 42" with hard top.

Limited edition print titled "Cool Weather" by A.J. Casson, a celebrated member of the Canadian Group of Seven.

Title: Cool Weather (also sometimes referenced as Cool Weather, Muskoka in Fall).

Artist: Alfred Joseph (A.J.) Casson (1898–1992).

A classic Canadian landscape showcasing a stand of slender birch trees against a rich, autumnal golden sky and distant rolling hills.

***The cursive letters "mac" written in pencil on the white matting stand for the McMichael Canadian Art Collection, the institution that authorized or issued this particular limited edition print of A.J. Casson's famous 1945 painting, Cool Weather.

When the McMichael Canadian Art Collection produces limited edition reproductions of Group of Seven masterworks, the pieces are often signed or initialed on the border to indicate their authentication and provenance.

The "mac" Pencil Initial: This is a distinct registrar or institutional mark from the gallery rather than Casson's personal signature. Casson's own hand-signed prints typically feature his standard initials or a stylized uppercase "AJC" or full "A.J. Casson" script in the bottom right corner.***

If you win multiple items, all with varying timeslots, we ask that you come in the later time slot as usually this would include furniture or harder to access areas until smaller "A" category items have been picked up/moved. You can pick up all of your won items in the later timeslot, such as "B" or "C," and we will keep all of your items safe and secure until you arrive.

First time buyer- what happens if I win items in different pickup categories/timeslots? Do I have to go multiple times, or... ?
