Not a reproduction or copy. The politicians signatures and VIPs are real. This is Not a print or photocopy. I got this is the Edinburg area of Ottawa near the Governor General estate. Where all the diplomatic and political people live. Got it from in one of their community yard sales they have every year. Wish I remember from who. I did not understand it significant until I brought it home. Selling it here. May be worth a fortune or only a dollar. I really don't know. But it not a photocopy or print. Measures 28"x 20"inch. Under Glass. Framed. The "Canada Forest Accord" If there another one hanging in some govt bldg somewhere. It would be worth knowing. Why would a VIP garage sale an item like this? Beyond me?
