A classic vintage find! Your tall, conical bottle is a repurposed Liquore Galliano liqueur bottle (the iconic Italian herbal liqueur created in 1896 by Arturo Vaccari in Livorno, Italy), converted into a lamp with a nice brass/gold-toned metal stand and cord.These distinctive tall, fluted bottles (often called "Roman column" style) were hugely popular in the mid-20th century, especially the 1960s–1970s, when Galliano was a big hit in the US (thanks to cocktails like the Harvey Wallbanger).
