The item is in very good new condition, used only a few times after purchase then stored away due to personal preference of using Dyson stick vacuums. No box but all tolls from the box are included. It is new but factory warranty time has expired. The machine uses Miele GN type disposable bags that provide 99.9 % filtration. Additionally, the air filter inside, Miele AirCleanPlus 50, helps to reduce the operational noise of the vacuum and cleans the air it is expelled from the vacuum.
