Here is an original FD-50-RP-5 (authorized reprint #5, 1990) poster for a concert at The Avalon Ballroom (San Francisco) that featured Country Joe and the Fish, Sparrow, and The Doors, originally held on March 3-4, 1967.  The artist of the poster is  Victor Moscoso (1936-), one of the Big Five rock poster artists. Poster size is 16.5” x 12” and framed size is 21” x 17”.  Poster shows a little wear at the corners but is in overall very good condition. It is mounted in a float frame so the back of the poster is fully visible as well.  (Please see lot #184). This is a charming Mr. Christmas Gold Label animated concertina music box which features 25 Christmas carols, 25 classics, 5 bells, lighted Christmas trees, circling skaters, all set in motion by the animated concertina player. Mr. Christmas Animated Concertina

Here is a special lot. Rory McEwen (1932-1982) was a Scottish artist and musician who is considered one of the most significant botanical artists of the 20th century as well as an accomplished folk singer. Here is a pair of hand-signed and numbered McEwen prints entitled “Old English Tulips #1 & #2”. Each is numbered 76/150 and are beautifully matted and framed, as well as signed and dated in pencil “Rory McEwen ‘78” (only four years before his death). Each measures 26.5” x  22.5” and are very intricate and detailed. McEwen is a listed artist and his works are routinely found at auction. Excellent condition. Spectacular lot!   Located upstairs.

Here is a very large framed, two-panel, diptych by listed Cuban-American artist, Julian Caso and hand-signed by the artist probably from the mid-1980’s It looks to be an original oil painting (possibly acrylic) on canvas with each panel measuring 40.5” x 30”, the entire diptych measuring 40.5” x 60”. The right panel has some soiling and a small dead bug on the artwork or the inside of the glass.  The left panel is much less soiled. I do not know how to clean art of this fine quality so I sell it “as is” and leave the cleaning to the professionals.  Heavy, bring help. Bring packing material. Located upstairs.
