The driveway of this house is off a small highway with almost no shoulder and the driveway is a single lane going downhill. The only way safety can be ensured at this pickup is to have some control over pickup times for all the buyers.
After close you will receive contact information for the partner running the auction. From there, please reach out directly to the partner to arrange a pickup time. Pickup might need to be spread over two days. Thanks for your understanding and cooperation.

Claims for refunds can be made only in certain limited circumstances. Where an error in the lot description has occurred on an item you purchased, let the seller (or their representative) know immediately upon pickup so that it may be rectified. Except for limited circumstances, refunds are subject to processing fees.
