Andrew Plum was born in Lancashire, England in 1965 and moved to Canada at the age of 21. His long association with the fine art and antiques business, particularly Asian works of art, influences Plum&#39;s work. His vibrant paintings are characterized by sensuous use of color and pallet work. One could call it Abstract Expressionism or Automatism, but Plum’s colorful, often winsome or enlightening stories and travels emerge seamlessly through the abstraction, creating a unique and bold history of images open to interpretation. Andrew Plum’s works are held in numerous corporate and private collections.

It has the words inscribed around the bell as LEO SETICANVS SALECNYOS BOS. Has a delightful ring. In excellent condition. 
Measurements: The mounting plate is inches tall and 3-1/8 inches wide and the distance between screw holes about 5-1/2 inches. It is about 10 inches from the top of the piece to the bottom of the bell.
