1940&#39;s Version Pyrex Mixing Bowls with No Numbers 80 to 85 Years Old!

• A cross section of agatized fossil coral.
The after-coral pseudomorph was
created when sediment covered a coral
reef. Over time the calcium carbonate
skeleton of the coral was replaced by
chalcedony, creating the bubbly
appearing crystal growth (botryoidal
formation).
• This specimen has honey edges with
large honey, white, grey, blue-grey and
cream botryoidal agate formations in the
vugs.
• I believe this is agate specimen comes

Hoselton Canada #1202 MCM Beaver Sculpture

• Mercury glass, also known as silvered
glass, is a type of glassware that was
first produced around 1840, primarily in
Bohemia (now the Czech Republic),
Germany, and England.
• The name &#34;mercury glass&#34; comes from
the fact that mercury-based compounds
were used, replaced with silver nitrate.
• I have been unable to find any
equivalent image while searching, and all
the other examples of mercury glass
owls are 6 inches tall or less. So this is a
very unusual and possible rare find.
• Blown orange glass into a mold, with
the &#34;splattered&#34; silver nitrate on the
interior. No makers mark, or labels, so
don&#39;t know where this was made.

• He trained there at Croydon College of
Art (1956-1961), and he immigrated to
Canada in 1968.
• He set up and headed the Ceramics and
Glass Department at Georgian College,
Barrie, Ontario, and in 1977he relocated
to Victoria, B.C., Canada. • Robin was the
first recipient of the Bronfman Award,
Canada&#39;s most prestigious annual award in
the crafts.
• Just before his passing he received the
Order of Canada, and was an honorary
member of NCECA.
• This jug is made with a white stoneware,
cone 10 gas fired, and an unusual glaze
combination I&#39;ve not seen before.
